REMOVAL TIMES - This auction is being conducted at a location that we have limited access. Quite frequently with auctions being conducted onsite, the property has been sold and we are on a tight time frame for the removal of items. We are not able to accommodate requests for alternative pickup times or dates. Please be aware of the removal times and if you are unable to honor the removal times and dates, we request that you do not bid on this auction. By bidding on this auction, you acknowledge that you will be available to pick up your items. We request that you set an appointment to help expedite everyone’s pickup of items.
LARGE ITEMS - Staff is unable to assist in the removal of furniture or larger items. Please bring appropriate help! The use of dolly furniture movers is generally not permitted in a home. (Too large of a risk for damage.). We will try to note the location of larger items. (Main level, upstairs, etc.)
PACKING MATERIALS - Packing materials are not provided, including boxes and paper.
PICK UP - The buyer is solely responsible for the disassembling, removal, and transportation of all items. Please bring appropriate tools when necessary. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make certain that they have all of their items - we are not responsible for items that have been left behind. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all their items - we are not responsible for items that have left the property.
NO SHOWS - After the removal time has expired, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWS and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliate’s discretion. NO SHOWS run the risk of having their account locked down by K-Bid and penalty fees may be incurred.
DELIVERY - If an item is listed in the description as delivery is available, the fee is $199 for the first 3 items and an additional $25 per item over 3 pieces. If you would like delivery please contact us BEFORE the pick up day to arrange for delivery. Your K-Bid invoice must be paid in full and the delivery fee must be paid in full before we can schedule you for delivery. Please call or text 763-772-4674. Delivery is within 15 miles of the 494/694 loop.
SHIPPING - If an item is offered as shippable, we will bring the item to a third-party shipping company for you. We have no control over the fees they may charge. There are factors that will greatly increase the rates including the size and weight. i.e., Artwork is expensive to ship because of the size, not the weight. If you would like your item shipped,
1. Invoice for items must be paid in full.
2. Text 763-772-4674 with your name, bidder number and the auction title stating please ship my items.
3. We will bring your item to UPS the day after the pickup window has closed.
4. UPS will send you a separate invoice for shipping your items. Please allow 5-10 days for processing time. The shipping invoice from UPS must be paid before they will ship.

If you choose to pay with credit card, it is preferable that you pay your invoice online to help expedite the pickup process. We will accept cash payments at the auction pickup as well. We do not accept personal or business checks. Wire transfers for any purchases over $5000.

Every auction item is sold as is/where is with no guarantees or warranties. It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect and evaluate any items prior to bidding. Items will be available for inspection on the times posted in the auction. All items are a final sale with no refunds or returns. It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect items before they leave the auction premises. No refunds will be made on items that have left the auction premises.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
SHIPPING When possible, we will ship smaller items using a third party shipping service. In most cases, we utilize UPS. We are not responsible for the fees they charge and are not able to give quotes. Items must be PAID before we can ship.
