**Any eligible and pre-authorized removals from one of our locations to another will be subject to a MINIMUM $20.00 transfer-relocate fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.
**A.L.A. CAN NOT GUARANTEE THE AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS IF THEY ARE NOT PICKED UP BY THE END OF THE SCHEDULED REMOVAL DAY.
IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS, SEND SOMEONE IN YOUR ABSENCE AS WE WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE ALTERNATE REMOVAL DATES/TIMES OUTSIDE THE SCHEDULED REMOVAL LISTED IN EACH AUCTION.
**Buyer is responsible for providing their own help needed to aid in removal, any tools needed for removal, as well as sufficient equipment for transporting their item(s) from the removal site.
**At time of winning and bidder pays the invoice in full, ownership of the asset and risk of loss passes immediately to the bidder.
**If a winning bidder pays the invoice in full, but does not take possession of the assets by the end the scheduled removal, the assets will be considered abandoned and ownership with risk of loss, will transfer to A.L.A.
**By leaving the auction site, buyer agrees that all lots were acceptbly loaded and releases A.L.A from any claim if missing items.
**Auctioneer, Asset Liquidation Auctions, and / or removal location owner are not liable for damages during removal.
**Items that are not PAID for by the end of the scheduled removal will be considered a "no-show" and abandoned.
If you feel a item was not listed properly, you have one week to make your case.
If we feel a refund is in order, the item(s) in question will need to be returned to us within one week of removal.
Once we pay our sellers we cannot make adjustments.
Remember this is an auction, not a retail store.

Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
For Shipping Arrangements
* After you have paid your auction invoice online, please fill out the SHIPPING REQUEST FORM below by copying and pasting the link into a new browser window.

* A new request form MUST be made for EACH Individual Auction. Please fill out ALL spaces on the request form using complete and accurate information. Once your lots are packaged, typically on the next Wednesday, you will get an email from Square for the shipping charges.
* We process all shipping orders once per week, and our carrier picks up once each week. This whole process could take up to 3 weeks before you see your items, if you need the items sooner, please pick them up on removal day.
* We do not offer next day shipping, unless an exhorbitant processing fee is paid!!
* For onsite auctions we charge a $20.00 MINIMUM fee if you need your items relocated to the Hutchinson Warehouse at 540 3rd Ave NW, Hutchinson, MN for later removal during our standard Tues. or Wed. Removal from 10 - 5. PLEASE NOTE!! This only is available for small items that will fit in a car. Based on the auction removal timing, they will be available there within 7 business days. To request this service, please use the link above and put RELOCATE on the address line instead of your address. Be sure to mention that your items have been relocated and have your bidder number available when checking in at the Hutchinson removal. Please fill out the above form at least one hour prior to the end of the scheduled removal time to request this service. If we do not hear from you either with a shipping request or a relocate request and you do not pick up your items on the day and time that is listed for each auction, you will forfeit the lot(s) even if you paid your invoice! No refunds will be given under any circumstance for onsite auctions if you do not contact us using the link above at least one hour before the end of the scheduled removal!
Your shipping invoice will reflect the auction it pertains to. After the Shipping Invoice has been paid, your items will be added to the next shipment.
Ship-able items are considered those that will fit in a box convenient for ONE PERSON to carry without assistance or strain. We will not ship extremely large or heavy items.
While keeping within the size guidelines of each Carrier, Larger or heavier packages may be able to be secured on a pallet for an additional fee of $25.00 (or higher). This is on a case by case basis, please contact us PRIOR TO BIDDING TO DETERMINE IF THIS SERVICE IS AVAILABLE FOR THE ITEMS YOU WISH TO BID ON! For pallet shipments, the BUYER will be responsible to arrange a carrier for their pallet shipment to be picked up from our loading dock in Hutchinson, MN 55350 (Spee Dee LTL is a good service).
Using the guidelines above, PLEASE USE COMMON SENSE when submitting a shipping request. Please note that we only ship one day per week and will only ship within the 48 continental United States.
We ship based on Spee Dee Delivery, UPS, USPS, rates, plus handling! If you require insurance, there will be an additional charge based on the value of your item(s).
Items that are paid, yet not picked up or have a Shipping Request by the end of the scheduled removal, will be considered abandoned and become property of A.L.A.
When paying online please let the cashier know that you have paid online at the removal.
