How is this mattress delivered to my home?
The Member’s Mark Hotel Premier Collection 12-Inch Mattress is packed for easy carry and set up. The mattress is delivered to your home in boxes so all you need to do is unpack, unroll and unwind. We recommend letting your mattress fully expand for 48 hours to regain its shape.

Our warehouse is closed on Saturdays, so there is no access to the forklifts. Pallet Jacks are available, but plan on hand loading your items so bring ample help as we do not provide loading services. PLEASE check over all items before leaving our warehouse. We are no longer accepting returns of damaged product as we cannot ensure that it wasn't damaged after leaving our premises. Going forward we are no longer offering LTL/Pallet shipping of our products, or shipping larger products.

IMPORTANT: Inspection and removal times are firm. Do not bid on this auction if you are unable to honor the scheduled removal times and day. No refunds will be given for abandoned lots. 25% pentalty for all cancelled lots on winning bids after the auction closes (75% refunded).
