Forms of Payment: Cash, Credit Card, Or Pay online by going to your K-Bid Dashboard and click on invoices. All Credit Card Payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. All Payments need to be received within 2 Days of the Auction Closing Date.
Removals are always scheduled for Saturdays/Sundays from 10AM until 2PM, all sold items are expected to be picked up during this timeframe. If for some reason the Paid items are not able to be picked up, please reach out to Dusty after payment is completed to set up a time to pick your items up, Schell Distributing will try to accomodate to your busy schedule.
Firearm Auctions: Winning bidder you must be able to pass a Federal Background Check, it is the responsibility of the Buyer to ensure that the items are legal in your state. If you are an out of state bidder, some items may need to be transfered to a partner FFL holder to perform the necessary Federal Background Check additional transfer fee's will be charged. Please ask questions on these type of items to avoid any delays, issues after sale closing.

Paid Item Activity: Any item that is paid for and not picked up within 7 days of the Auction end time, will be subject to a $30 dollar storage charge. After 14 Days of storage the item will be considered abandoned and will be placed on another auction with NO refund to the buyer.
Unpaid Item Activity: Any unpaid items will be held for 5 days from the end of sale will be placed on another auction, the bidder will be flagged as a NO-SHOW. Which will lead to the Bidders account being Deactivated.
Removal: It is the buyers responsibility to bring the adequate items to remove his/her property, Schell Distributing will not be associated with the loading/unloading of the items, we will also inspect to ensure the product is safe to be transported before it leaves the premises.
Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping availability will be determined by the items on the auction. Please check the items you are interested to see shipping availablity.
Shipping services that will be used, if the item can be shipped will be Speedee, Feded, UPS, USPS. Buyer will be charged the actual shipping rate for the item, plus at $25.00 handling charge on all shipped items.
