The Metro Area Sheet Metal Workers Union Training Center upgraded some equipment and is selling the equipment that is no longer needed. All items have been used recently and were working well, many have been calibrated by Minneapolis Oxygen, and are still within calibration date.
You MUST take all items in a lot that you win, not just the items you want.
PLEASE NOTE: IT IS THE BIDDER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO BRING YOUR OWN HELP, TOOLS, DOLLIES & LADDERS TO REMOVE, DISASSEMBLE IF NECESSARY, AND LOAD ANY ITEM YOU WIN. The seller will have a forklift and operator on hand to assist with the very large items.

Credit Cards are accepted up to $5,000 per card. Any lot that sells for OVER $5000 that is paid by credit card is subject to an additional 5% fee.
A Bank Certified Cashier’s Check can be used ONLY for amounts over $1,000, and ONLY if we can verify with the bank that funds were drawn. It's best to let your banker know we will be calling them, as big banks usually will not speak to a 3rd party like us.

No Early or Late Removal will be allowed.
A D&J Auctions representative must be present for removal.
A $100.00 Trip Charge will be added to any Invoice that requires a staff member to return to the Auction Site Before or after the Removal Time. This DOES NOT MEAN we will allow you to come a day other than the date provided.
As with all K-BID.com Auctions, The Buyer is responsible for the Safe, Neat Removal and Loading of the Items.
Please bring Help, Tools, and the Proper size equipment or vehicle to haul your items. Auction Staff is available On-site to Help FIND Your Items. They Are NOT FREE Loading Labor!!! The seller will have a forklift and operator available to assist in loading the large items.
IF you need help loading and "if" there is auction staff available, there will be a Fee of $20.00 to $50.00 dependent on Size, Weight and Location of the items. Auction staff is not always available, please plan on bringing your own help. Auction staff is not able to assist with large or heavy items, for those items you must be prepared to bring your own help and equipment to remove.
Items must be paid for by the pick up date. Any item(s) not picked up on the scheduled day will not be held by the auctioneer unless arrangements were made before auction close. Most auctions are held on-site at our client's location; D&J Auctions will not take responsibility for items that are not picked up on the scheduled date, even if they were paid for.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
