NOTICE: Prior to participating in the bidding, carefully review the pick-up schedule to ensure your availability or arrange for someone to collect your items on your behalf. By placing a bid, you acknowledge your awareness of the designated pick-up date and time, and it is incumbent upon you to remember, as reminders are provided on an as-needed basis via text messages and phone calls.

PACKING MATERIALS: Please note that no packing materials, including boxes, are provided. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have all their items before leaving the pick-up/auction site, and we disclaim any responsibility for items forgotten or left behind.

LARGE ITEMS: Our staff is unable to assist in the removal of any items, including larger furniture. It is imperative that customers bring appropriate help and an adequately sized vehicle.

NO SHOWS: Following the expiration of the removal time, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWS. Any remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliate's discretion. NO SHOWS risk having their K-BID account locked, and penalty fees may be incurred for reinstatement.

SHIPPING: If an item is offered as shippable, we will engage a third-party shipping company on your behalf. Please be aware that we have no control over the fees they may charge, which may vary based on factors such as size and weight. For shipping requests:

The invoice for all items to be shipped must be PAID IN FULL before shipping.
Text 612-888-1434 with your name, bidder number, and the auction title, stating, "Please ship my items." Notification must be received before the pick-up time closes.
We typically deliver your item to a shipping service within three to five days of the pickup/removal date.
Please allow 5-10 days for processing time.
Once paid, your item will be shipped.
For in-house shipping, a $5 handling fee applies for the first lot, and $10 for each subsequent lot. Smaller items, such as jewelry, may have a reduced handling fee.

Payment and Removal Process: It is imperative to adhere to the designated inspection and removal times. Invoices remaining unpaid at the conclusion of the pick-up day will be treated as "NO SHOWS." Any remaining lots will be considered abandoned and are subject to disposal at the discretion of our affiliates. Shipping options are available; please refer to our shipping terms for more information.

Abandoned Items: Items that have been paid for but not picked up during the scheduled removal dates will be considered abandoned. A $25 late pickup fee will be applied for removals outside of the stated removal dates. Refunds will not be provided for abandoned lots.

Auction Item Conditions: Every auction item is sold "as is, where is," without any guarantees or warranties. We emphasize the importance of inspecting items thoroughly before making a purchase.

Auction Terms Addendum

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.

Bidders are responsible for all activity under their account.
Account information and passwords must not be shared.
All bids are binding and may not be retracted.

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.

Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Auction Process

Items with a reserve will not sell unless the reserve price is met.
Reserves may be lowered at any time at the independent auction company's discretion:
- During the auction: updated reserve status will be displayed.
- After closing: the highest bidder may be awarded the item if the reserve is lowered.
At closing, items with active bidding will remain open until no bids are received for three (3) minutes.
Outbid notifications are not sent once an item enters the closing process.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.

If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:

Reinstatement is at K-BID’s discretion
Requires payment of:
- 20% penalty on unpaid invoice(s)
- $25 reinstatement fee
A valid government-issued ID must be provided
Unpaid items will not be awarded

Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.

Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.

3. We will send you a secondary invoice via square to the email address on file with the shipping amount. Please pay upon receipt.

4. Once paid, the item will be shipped within 3-5 business days!
