Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping is available on some items; please refer to the auction listing. If shipping is offered, you will pay the actual shipping cost plus a $15.00 Handling fee. We will combine items where possible. Contact us for shipping prior to paying the invoice
IMPORTANT: You must be 21 years of age to purchase a handgun and 18 years of age to purchase a long gun. There are many laws and regulations involving the purchase of a firearm; the Buyer is responsible for understanding and complying with all federal, state, and local laws related to the purchase and custody of a firearm.
Buyers who are a residents of the State of Iowa will pick up their firearms at The Iowa Outdoors Store, 1597 3rd Ave NW, Fort Dodge, Iowa, and will be required to complete the following:
ALL Firearms purchased by a resident outside the state of Iowa must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Dealer, no exceptions. You will complete all documentation of transfer with the FFL in your state of residence and comply with the steps they deem appropriate. Most FFLs charge a fee to perform this service. You are responsible for those fees.
FAILURE TO MEET PURCHASE REQUIREMENTS: THE FIREARM WILL NOT BE TRANSFERRED. THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER IS STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF THEIR BID, THE $25 TRANSFER FEE, AND SHIPPING COSTS. THE FIREARM WILL BE PLACED ON AUCTION ON KBID AND RESOLD. THE ORIGINAL SUCCESSFUL BIDDER WILL RECEIVE THE PROCEEDS FROM THIS AUCTION, LESS 15% COMMISSION. THE TOTAL REFUNDED WILL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT OF THE WINNING PURCHASE.
