Valhalla Spas & Pools of Minot, North Dakota is auctioning 6 brand NEW hot tubs with no reserves, to free up warehouse space for new product. These hot tubs are brand NEW, and are NOT factory returns, demo, or damaged hot tubs. These hot tubs come with factory warranty and include a factory insulated cover.
Delivery, setup, and additional accessories like steps and chemical product are available at a additional cost between Valhalla Spas & Pools of Minot and buyer after the auction.
Succesful bidders that wish to just pick up the hot tub at the store and setup themselves will be offered free loading by Valhalla Spas & Pools of Minot. If any questions please feel free to contact Top Dollar Auctions LLC at (701)230-0008.
Successful buyer will need to pay by bank wire transfer, cash, or certified bank check (not personnel check) by 3PM Saturday 28 October 2023, scheduled arrangements to either pick up hot tub or arrange delivery for an additional cost need to be completed at this date also 28 October 2023.
Hot tubs will need to be delivered or pickup up no later than Saturday 25th of November 2023. Items not arranged for delivery or picked up by 25th November 2023 will incur a $5.00 per day storage fee. Inspection times to see these hot tubs in person at the Minot Store are M-F 10AM-6PM & SAT 11AM-3PM.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
All items for this auction are eligible for shipping within the continental United States. Shipping costs and arrangements will be exclusively handled between Valhalla Spas & Pools and buyer after the auction. Intentions of wanting shipping and or set up of hot tubs will need to be decided by payment date of auction Saturday 28 October 2023.
