JKV Investments LLC is offering building contents of the former Great American Inn & Suites for public auction. All items will be sold for highest bid, great opportunity to purchase like new banquet event tables. Some commerical bar and kitchen sinks and other hotel bar items. The hotel does have some areas that sustained roof leakage with black mold, specifically the bar, laundry, former pizzaria areas. Due to the very large area of this building, inspection will be by appointment only. All people wishing to inspect items and successful bidders will have to sign a waiver/release accident injury exposure statement prior to entering the buidling.
