PLEASE NOTE: This sale is being conducted in a private home; therefore, we have limited availability to the property so pick up/removal is on the scheduled day only with no exceptions.  We are not able to accommodate individual/specialized pick-up dates and times.  Please review the pick-up schedule BEFORE bidding to ensure you are available or can send someone in your place to pick up your items.   If you are bidding, you acknowledge that you are aware of the pick-up date and time, and it is not our responsibility to send reminders.  We do our best to send reminder texts and phone calls when needed.

By placing a bid on this auction you are agreeing to the auction specific terms listed below in addition to K-BID user terms. For auctions contracted and managed by an Independent Affiliate, K-BID Online, Inc. is acting as a venue only and will not be involved in any disputes or issues regarding this auction.

DISCLOSURE:We do our best to accurately describe and photograph auction items, however all items are sold “as is, where is” – with no warranties or guarantees (written, verbal, implied, or otherwise). You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. 

Unless otherwise listed as ‘New’ in the description, auction items are in used condition. Used items will demonstrate normal signs of use and age. We do our best to include any unusual condition information in the auction description, but please inspect the listing photos carefully to verify item condition before placing your bid.

AUCTION CLOSE:At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes. We have a rolling closing that will begin as noted.

BUYER’S PREMIUMS:There is a 15% Buyer’s Premium (15% BP) for items sold up to $5,000. 10% BP applies on items over $5,000 and is capped at $1500 per item on this auction. Applicable Minnesota Sales Taxes will also be collected.

PAYMENT:  Payment is due within 48 hours, Cash, and Cashier’s check are accepted. Credit/Debit Cards are accepted on invoice totals under $5000.00. Credit/Debit Cards can be accepted on invoice totals of $5000.00 or more but will have a 3% transaction fee.No checks please.

ITEM REMOVAL:Lagom North staff is unable to assist in the removal of any items including larger furniture.  Please bring appropriate help and an appropriately sized vehicle!  You are required to remove your auction purchases on pick up day.

PACKING MATERIALS: No packing materials including boxes are provided.  Customers are responsible to make sure they have all their items before leaving the pick-up/auction site.  We are not responsible for items forgotten or left behind.

NO SHOWS:  After the removal time has expired, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWS and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliate’s discretion.  NO SHOWS run the risk of having their account locked down by K-BID and penalty fees may be incurred to have an account reinstated. If you were the winning bidder on an item and do not call to make arrangements for pick up prior to the end of auction pick up time, your items will be considered abandoned regardless if you paid or not.

SHIPPING:If shipping is available and you would like to have your item(s) shipped, you must call on or before pickup dayto make arrangements. Text 651-300-4201 or email us at info@lagomnorth.com with your name, bidder number and the auction title stating please ship my items.  WE MUST HAVE NOTIFICATION BEFORE THE PICKUP TIME CLOSES. Additional handling and shipping fees apply. Auction invoice must be paid prior to the end of the scheduled pick up time.  Lagom North will send out a second invoice for the shipping fee and postage. Both invoices must be PAID IN FULL.  We will not ship if unpaid.

LATE REMOVALS: On smaller items, it may be possible to make alternate pick up arrangements.  Please reach out to us prior to auction ending to see if that is a possibility.  Items paid for, but not picked up during the removal period may be subject to a $25 Appointment Fee for any pickups outside the stated removal date and times. You must notify us of your intent to pick-up outside the scheduled removal dates by the end of the scheduled auction removal period. Payment is always required during the removal period. If you do not make arrangements for pick up after 2 weeks from auction close, item will be considered abandoned regardless of payment.

REFUNDS /RETURNS:Once you have picked up your item(s) and they have been removed from the auction site, refunds or returns will not be accepted. Lagom North LLC is not responsible for missing or damaged items after they have been removed. Please inspect your items and bring any questions or concerns to the attention of the auction manager before leaving the auction premises.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY:By participating in this auction, you release Lagom North LLC of any liability of damage or injury that may occur on the premises of this auction.  

RESERVES: Some items listed in this auction may have a reserve.  The reserves are not revealed and are protected by a seller reserve. At the sellers discretion, reserves can be lowered at anytime during the auction. be prepared to honor your highest bid. The item does not sell until the "reserve has been met". You are able to bid against the reserve until it is met.  

INSPECTIONS: Are done by appointment only.  Not available for inspection 12/29-1/1. Some vehicles are kept off site and inspections will need to be coordinated. Please call or text to setup appointment. Inspections are not allowed after the auction has ended. 

VEHICLE REGISTRATION FORM:  Needs to be filled out within 48 hours of auction ending time. 

VEHICLE REMOVALS: Test Drives are not allowed after the auction has ended. You must set up an appointment for removal time. Will need drivers license and a current insurance policy (can be on any other current vehicle policy). Temporary permits will be issued when needed.
