If you cannot pick up your item(s) during the removal date assigned and time posted you must call in and make payment in full. If you know that you cannot pickup on the removal day posted please be considerate to other bidders and do not bid on item(s). If the arrangements terms for Item(s) are not picked up on the day and time specified by you the item(s) will be is considered abandoned and will become the property of SCMS Liquidators, paid for or unpaid.
Always remember to bring the appropriate amount of people/ equipment for loading any heavy items, we do not load/unload.
We encourage you to view the items before bidding. This auction is “AS IS”, “WHERE IS” with NO GUARANTEES or WARRANTIES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL WITH NO REFUNDS.
It is your responsibility to inspect all items before bidding to be certain that the item meets your standards and expectations. We have made every effort to describe the items as accurately as possible. Our descriptions are not a substitute for your inspection. From time to time the photo may not match the description or a photo may show another item in error. We reserve the right to correct these errors, to protect both buyer and seller. We also reserve the right to correct any errors in our descriptions.
Bidder indemnifies and holds SCMS Liquidators harmless against any damage, loss, or injury arising from the transactions or auctions conducted by SCMS Liquidators.

Everything is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. There is a 13% BUYERS PREMIUM (13% BP) on this auction. All NON-Credit/Debit Card payments MADE IN-FULL (invoiced amount) will receive a 3% Reduction in BUYERS PREMIUM (10% BP).
Applicable Minnesota Sales Tax will be collected. At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes. IMPORTANT NOTE: If the high bidder of an item does NOT acknowledge the purchase, K-BID systems reserves the right to determine how and to whom it will be resold. If we determine that the winning bid was not a bona fide bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next second-highest bid.

Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
No shipping available for the appliances or Microwaves. If you cannot pickup on removal day, please be considerate to others that are bidding and are able to pickup at this time. If a situation does arise and you cannot pickup please call 952-445-6425 to make arrangements. All items must be picked up by 5:00 pm on the 2nd day following the close of the Auction or they will be considered abandoned at that time.
