You may have noticed that this unit hasn't been licensed since it was new. That is because the owner happens to own a campground and he bought it to park there and have available if family came to visit and didn't have their own camper. So it hasn't seen any travel time. And since it only saw guests 2-3 times a year for a couple days, he has decided to sell it. So this unit is basically like new as you can see by the pictures.
There is tons of room in here compared to most campers not to mention flexibility. The back toy hauler section has two additional beds that raise to the ceiling with the push of a button so you can bring in your ATVs. Get to the campground and unload the ATV, lower the bottom level deck and unfold the leather benches to make a very nice sized table with bench seating. Leave the bed at the top until needed. Or if you have a bunch of kids with you, use it as bunk beds. Meanwhile the master bedroom has all the size and comforts of home. The living and kitchen area is also very roomy and comfortable with recliners against the wall and open kitchen design without tripping over everyones feet. You won't be disappointed.
