Winning bidder will receive a clean dealer title and bill of sale at the time of sale which they then must take to their local licensing bureau. Buyer is responsible for paying all required taxes and registration fees directly to their local licensing authority.
Winning bidder will receive an automated email from K-BID requesting licensing information, which the buyer may disregard in this instance. The information it requests is not relevant to the sale of this vehicle which is taking place in Iowa. Unfortunately, there is no way to shut off the automated email.
