Winning bidders will receive a confirmation email from K-Bid. Pay for your K-BID invoice online. Then schedule your pickup using the K-Bid scheduler or choose shipping in the link from Shipping Saint.
Payment
Ensure that your credit card information on K-Bid is current so you can pay your invoice before you come for pickup or by the end of the pickup period if you are shipping. We accept credit card payments only through your K-Bid account. We do not process credit cards at the pickup site.

Unless the buyer chooses to ship an item (when offered), every auction item is sold “where is” for removal by the buyer on the pickup dates at the address provided by NVES to the winning bidders by email.
Pickup (“Removal”) of purchased items will only be available on the scheduled day, with no exceptions.
Your obligations as winning bidder (“buyer”)
o You must pay for your lots online through K-BID.com.
o Nostalgic Vibes does not accept onsite payments at pickup.
o By bidding in this auction, the winning bidder agrees to pay the invoice that appears on their dashboard at the end of the auction, which includes
· a 15% BUYER’S PREMIUM (15% BP) calculated on the winning bid price (excluding sales tax and shipping cost), and
· applicable sales taxes.
The bidder is obligated to NVES for their invoice(s) amounts.
o Buyers must pay their invoice(s) via K-BID online after the auction by CREDIT CARD upon receipt of an invoice.
** You must pay for your lot(s) by the close of the time scheduled for pickups, or your lots will be subject to forfeiture even if you have arranged for shipping,
o You must schedule a pickup time for the date specified in the Removal section under the Details tab unless you choose to have your lot(s) shipped.
· Use the K-Bid Removal scheduler.
o Nostalgic Vibes needs an online or printed receipt from K-BID confirming payment before you can pick up your lots.
· The buyer must present a form of identification and payment receipt (or bidder number) at the time of pickup.
o Come prepared to remove your items.
· Bring suitable bags or boxes to pack and carry your items. The auctioneer does not provide packing materials or boxes.
· You must bring helpers if purchasing furniture or other large or bulky items. Plan for the necessary assistance, equipment, and tools for removal and transport. Nostalgic Vibes’ employees do not provide lifting or moving help.
o Make sure that you leave the pickup site with your entire purchase. NVES is not responsible if you leave something behind.
o The buyer is responsible for any damage to the premises caused by the buyer’s removal of their items.
o You release Nostalgic Vibes Estate Sales, LLC from any liability for damage or injury that may occur on the pickup site.
Choosing shipping after payment
If you have paid for your shippable purchase, you can choose shipping instead of pickup until the close of the pickup window.

NVES offers every auction item in “as is” condition, without guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items before purchase. There are NO refunds, NO returns.

Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
NVES ships and insures all shipped items via Shipping Saint.
DETERMINE SHIPPING ELIGIBILITY BEFORE YOU BID.
If you won’t be able to pick up your winnings on the scheduled date, before you bid on a lot make sure that it’s shippable. Shippable lots show “Shipping: Yes” on the K-BID website lot description.
If you win an item ineligible for shipping and cannot pick up your item on the scheduled removal day, no refunds will be available.
CHOOSING TO SHIP YOUR SHIPPABLE WINNINGS
As the winning bidder, you will receive an automated email offering to have your winnings shipped by Shipping Saint. You can choose to ship your shippable items by pressing the Ship button in that email.
The email list of your winnings may include non-shippable items. Verify that the listed items are shippable. If any of the listed items are non-shippable, email CustomerCare@NVES.Auction confirming that you still want us to ship the shippable items even though you need to pick up the non-shippable items.
You must schedule your pickup of non-shippable items.
SHIPPING TERMS
Shipping Saints’ discounted shipping rates depend on the size, weight, insurable value, what goes into packing the item(s), and the destination! Shipping rates cannot be calculated until the items are sized, packed, and weighed. The shipping charge is all-inclusive of shipping, handling, and insurance. We will combine small lots if feasible.
After you have paid for your items on K-BID, Shipping Saint will email a separate invoice for shipping within fifteen days from the last day for removals. You must pay the shipping invoice by the following day.
Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification and a tracking number (if available). Items are sent out on average within 3-5 business days from shipping invoice payment.
