**It is the sole responsibility of all buyers to pick their items ON THE SCHEDULED REMOVAL DAY within the advertised time specifed for each auction.
In the event a buyer is unable to pick up their items on removal day, it is the buyers responsibility to make arrangements to send someone in their absence.
**A.L.A. CAN NOT GUARANTEE THE AVAILABILITY FOR ANY ITEMS THAT ARE NOT PICKED UP BY THE END OF THE SCHEDULED REMOVAL**
A.L.A. is UNABLE to accommodate alternate dates/times outside those listed for removal.
**It is the sole responsibility of each buyer to bring the necessary tools and/or persons they may need to assist them with the removal process, as well as bringing a sufficient vehicle/equipment to transport their item(s) from the removal site.
**At time of winning, after an invoice has been PAID IN FULL, ownership of the asset(s) along with the risk of loss, pass immediately to the buyer.
**Invoices that were paid in full yet the buyer has not take possession of by the end time on the scheduled removal date, will be considered abandoned.
**Items that are not PAID for by the end of the scheduled removal will be considered a "no-show" and abandoned.
**By leaving the auction site, buyer agrees that all lots were as described, and acceptably loaded releasing A.L.A from any claims of incomplete, incorrect or missing items.**
If you feel a item was not listed properly, you must bring the issue to the attention of our staff on removal day.
**Auctioneer, Asset Liquidation Auctions, and /or removal location owner are not liable for injury or damages during removal.
Remember this is an auction, not a retail store.

Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
. ALL SHIPPING/RELOCATE REQUESTS MUST BE MADE BEFORE 1pm ON THE DAY OF THE SCHEDULED REMOVAL!!
You can do this immediatly after auction close.
Once we leave an onsite auction premises we do not go back to pick up any items from a late request.

Things to know before you click the link are the auction ID # which you will find on your invoice, or the name of the auction which is generly the first word or letters in the title, your bidder number, email address and phone number.
The shipping department is only in the building on Tuesdays and Wed. If you ask for shipping you will not get a shipping invoice until the following week unless its on a Monday.
You will not get a confirmation notice that your request has been received.
* You MUST reference EACH Individual Auction that you are requesting shipping for on the Auction ID line of the form.
*Once your request is received, you will receive a seperate invoice for shipping via email within the next few days. This will be based on the size, weight and carrier for the shipment.
* Please note that we only ship one day per week and will only ship within the 48 continental United States.
* From the time you win an auction, request shipping and pay your shipping invoice, there may be up to a 3 week time lapse before your item(s) are shipped.
* Ship-able items are considered those that will fit in a box that one person can carry.
* Items that are paid, but not picked up or have a Shipping/Relocate Request by 1pm on the scheduled removal day will be considered abandoned and become property of A.L.A.
* Requests to RELOCATE items from one A.L.A. facility to another are subject to a MINIMUM $20 relocate fee.
To have your items relocated to Hutchison warehouse please write relocate on the line where your address would have went. Since this auction is in Norseland it could take up to a week before it even gets to Hutch so if you need it before then please pick it up on the scheduled day.
* Shipments valued $100.00 and higher, are subject to an insurance charge with the carrier IN ADDITION TO the shipment cost.
When paying online please let the cashier know that you have paid online at the removal.
To request shipping, please Pay your Invoice and refer to the instructions under The Shipping Tab a MINIMUM of ONE HOUR PRIOR to the end of the auction's scheduled removal.
