Simply flip up the mounting covers on the hinges and pull the toilet seat off to release and remove the seat. When finished cleaning, replace the seat, and lock the mounting covers back into place. Protective bumpers on the underside of each seat help prevent scratches and scrapes on the surface of porcelain toilet bowls. Fits most elongated toilets.
