Our Guarantee
Twin Cities Auctions guarantees that a vehicle listed with a ‘Clean’ Title status does not have any Rebuilt, Flood, Salvage, Prior Salvage, Lemon Law, or Junk title brands at the time that the vehicle was posted up for auction.
No Shows
We require all winning bidders to go to our website www.TCA.AUCTION to schedule a time/day to pick up their vehicle. Bidders who do not show up at their scheduled time of pick up will be marked as a No Show. Those marked as a No Show will lose their bidding privileges.

Payments
Payment must be made within 2 days of auction (Or have an appointment scheduled within 48 hours) Twin Cities Auctions accepts Cashiers Checks, Debit/Credit Cards, Wire Transfers and Venmo/CashApp. We do not accept personal/business checks. We may take cards over $5,000 at our discretion, a 3% fee will be added to the entire price of the sale and fees. We only accept two forms of payments per vehicle. All Customers pay $200 Doc fee, including Public Buyers, dealers, junk buyers, out of state buyers, exporters etc.
Removal
"Paid" Items not picked up within 7 days are subject to a storage fee of $100, plus an additional $25 daily until the vehicle is picked up. Appointments are to be made at www.TCA.Auction .
Inspections
Bidders are expected and encouraged to personally inspect the vehicles prior to the end of the auction. Please note, however, that buyers are not permitted to drive the cars. You are allowed to start the engine, put the vehicle in gear, and thoroughly examine the interior and exterior, but driving the vehicle is not permitted.
A ‘Test Drive’ is not a full mechanical inspection and will not reveal all mechanical issues. We are not guaranteeing the condition of the vehicle from our test drive. Our descriptions are for informational purposes and are not a warranty guaranteeing the condition of the vehicle. All vehicles are sold as is/where is with no warranty, No returns, No refunds, No money back guarantee. As with all used cars, any vehicle may come with typical used car issues, including mechanical issues and past due maintenance. The listed "Retail Book value" is simply the book value of the vehicle if it was in pristine condition. This does not account for the actual condition of the vehicle with any mechanical issues or damages or rust and should only be used as a guide.
We do not allow inspections after the auction ends. Pick up day is not inspection day. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Pickups occur after the auction ends. Should you see a finger pointing at something in our inspection, it is to be made clear that the item being pointed at was not currently working at the time of inspection. For example, if a finger is pointing at the trunk, that would mean the trunk does not open.
Titles
Title transfers may take up to 8-12 weeks pending title availability and accuracy. Some may take longer due to corrections needed to me made to the title before a transfer is able to take place. For Out of State buyers and Dealer the title will be mailed out withing 31 days. When bidding you are acknowledging that you understand this. Twin Cities Auctions does not guarantee a time estimate for title transfers to occur. Twin Cities Auctions offers online paperwork via email for those who cannot make it to our location.
Plates
Please note that we only offer standard plate registration. Should you require special plates, you will need to visit the DMV following the completion of your title transfer.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.

Online Payments are made available up to a total price of $5,000. Anything over $5,000 must be paid in person or with Venmo/Cashapp. If the bid price is over $5,000, Twin Cities Auctions reserves the right to add a 3% Card Convenience fee to the entire purchase price of the transaction to cover the high cost of credit card fees.
