Please preview items at the Auction Inspections on Friday, May 24, 2-4:00 pm at location provided in Details. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase as they have not been tested.
Inspection and removal times are firm. Do not bid on this auction if you are unable to honor the scheduled removal times and days. At the close of the removal (Thursday, May 30 at 3:00pm), all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWs and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliates discretion. No refunds will be given for abandoned lots.
Please plan accordingly for the proper help and equipment you will need for removal. Boat/trailer is housed outside and motorcycle is house in the garage and auction staff will NOT be able to assist you. Bidder assumes all responsibility for removals and neither the affiliate nor the seller are responsible for injuries while on the property.
Applicable Minnesota Sales Tax will be collected.
