Jon was a long-time resident of the area whose profession and passion was auto mechanics. With Jon's unexpected passing, he left behind many project vehicles he hadn't gotten around to complete. The family has decided to offer these eight vehicles, two Harley Davidson motorcycle's and one boat up for public online auction to allow others with a similar passion to have the opportunity to utilize these project vehicles. All vehicles have been sitting for some time, as you will notice in photos some more time than others. Most will need new batteries and new fuel, and possible repairs to get running. ALL VEHICLES TO INCLUDE MOTORCYLCES ALSO ARE BEING SOLD-AS-IS!

All the vehicles and boat are in Devils Lake, the two Harley Davidson motorcycles are located in Sheyenne, N.D, in storage.
All successful buyers will have to complete payment of items by 5 PM 22 June 2024, and offered the opportunity to have until 20 July 2024 to remove the items from the property. All items not removed by end of day 20 July 2024 will be considered forfeited property and resold immediately.
Loading assistance can be provided with a skid loader for a small fee, waiver of liability will need to be signed prior.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.

Buyers may make online payment by credit card for puchases up to $3,000.00. Other option to complete remotely is a bank wire transfer, if interested in this form of payment contact us upon successful wining bid. A $20.00 service fee will apply to wire transfers.
