After many years of servicing Freeborn County and surrounding areas, Doug and Julie Morrison (previous owners of Morrison Well and Plumbing) are finishing up the downsizing process and offerihg up for sale numerous well maintained items.

Staff WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO LOAD ITEMS. Please BRING APPROPRIATE HELP to load all items, as well as an APPROPRIATE SIZED VEHCILE for your purchases.
Some items are located in the lower level of the home with stairs to navigate.
PLEASE NOTE: This sale is being conducted in a private home; therefore, we have deadlines and limited availability to the property. THEREFORE-PICK UP/REMOVAL is on the scheduled day(s) with no exceptions.
Please REVIEW the pick-up schedule BEFORE bidding. If you are bidding, you acknowledge you are aware of the pick-up date and time, and it is not our responsibility to send reminders.
PACKING MATERIALS: None are provided including boxes. Customers are responsible to make sure they have all of their items before leaving- we are not responsible for items forgotten or left behind.
LARGE ITEMS: Staff is unable to assist in the removal of any items including larger furniture. Please bring appropriate, able bodied help and an appropriately sized vehicle.

NO SHOWS: After the removal time has expired, all unpaid invoices will be processed as no shows and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliate’s discretion. NO SHOWS run the risk of having their account locked down by K-BID and penalty fees may be incurred to have an account reinstated.

Payment Options: Payments are due on the pick up day either online, in person or over the phone. We accepts Cash and Credit Cards (up to $5,000) only. Wire transfer or Certified Funds will be required for invoices over $5,000. No checks please.
CC's over $5,000: At our discretion, CC payments may be accpeted over $5,000 with approval, a 3% fee will apply.
Item Removal: You are required to remove your auction purchases on pick up day.
No Shows: When the scheduled removal window ends, all unpaid invoices will be marked as ‘No Shows.’ If the high bidder of an item does not acknowledge the purchase, The Vintage Grove Co. reserves the right to determine if, how, and to whom the auction item will be resold. If we determine that the winning bid was not a bona fide bidder, the item will not automatically go to the next highest bidder.
Removal Assistance: The Vintage Grove Co. staff will not assist with removal of items. Please come prepared with help, packaging materials, and an appropriate vehicle for removal and transport of auction items.
Refunds and/or Returns: Once you have picked up your item(s) and they have been removed from the auction site, refunds or returns will not be accepted. The Vintage Grove Co. is not responsible for missing or damaged items after they have been removed. Please inspect your items and bring any questions or concerns to the attention of the auction manager before leaving the auction premises.
Release of Liability: By participating in this auction, you release The Vintage Grove Co. of any liability of damage or injury that may occur on the premises of this auction.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Inspection & Removal

If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping available on select items.
Shipping cost is calculated by Zip Code & Package Size plus a $13 handling fee per package.
