REMOVAL: Inspection and removal times are firm. You are welcome to call and ask if we are available at a time that fits your schedule, but we cant promise we can accomodate but we will do our best. After the removal time has expired all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWS and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliates discretion.
Please, if you cant make pick up day, I'll try my best to work with you on picking up item if it's paid for. ABANDONED ITEMS: Items paid for but not picked during the removal will be considered abandoned and no refunds will be issued.
REMOVAL HELP: Dise Auctions employees are unable to help lift, carry or transport any heavy items. Please bring appropriate help for removal of the items. I suggest to bring a 2 wheeler if you think itll help.
ITEM CONDITION: We do our best to provide accurate pictures and descriptions, however, every auction item is sold as is/ where is with no guarantees or warranties. It is the bidders responsibility to inspect and evaluate any items prior to bidding. Items will be available for inspection on the times posted in the auction. All items are a final sale with no refunds or returns. It is the bidders responsibility to inspect items before they leave the auction premises. No refunds will be made on items that have left the auction premises.
On occasion, there is a computer error where the wrong photo may show up in an incorrect auction. If it is clear that the item is NOT part of this lot, it will not be included and no refund or credit given.
*Unless noted, all items are in used condition and may show signs of use and wear. By participating in this auction, you release Dise Auctions of any liability of damage or injury that may occur on the premises of this auction.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
If an item can be shipped itll be noted. Larger items such as bikes, furniture etc will not be shipped. Call in advance if you have any questions.
Smalls/Mediums will be shipped via USPS Im happy to combine shipping to save you money. Please specify if you have multiple items. Itll help us. Invoice for all items to be shipped must be PAID IN FULL, we will not ship if unpaid.
Text us at 320-436-1234 with your name, bidder number, and the auction title stating "Please ship my items".
*WE NEED NOTIFICATION BEFORE THE PICKUP TIME CLOSES*
We will bring your carefully wrapped items to the Post office within 2-3 days after pickup/removcal date.
Once paid, your items will ship. We charge a $10 handling fee for the 1st lot, and $8 for each lot after. Smaller lots will be less handling fees. Shipping takes time and materials. Boxes, tape, wrapping item if needed, gas and time to Post. Ill do my best to send tracking as well via text if you request it. Please make sure I have your phone number.
