Pick Up: All items must be paid for on the designated pick-up date. We can only hold items if they are paid for on pick-up day, with prior approval. Space is limited! Location: Sometimes GPS may not correctly locate us. We are 1 mile east of Nelson, MN, between Alexandria & Nelson, MN.
Title Processing: HWY 27 Auto Sales is the dealer of record for titled items in this sale (DT40465). As of January 1st, MN requires proof of insurance on the vehicle. Please bring proof of insurance upon removal. Minnesota title processing may take up to 4 months pending DMV.
Terms: Everything is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. No returns, no refunds, no money-back guarantee. Auction Closure: Auctions will be closed within 3 days of the pick-up day. Your bidder number will be shut off if you do not pay for items on pick-up day, either in person or by calling with a credit card. If paid for on pick-up day, you may pick up on a different day with prior arrangements.
Note: We are not mechanics. Do not bid if you cannot pay. Used vehicles may come with typical used car issues.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal

Removal day is not an inspection day.

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
