All trees available in this auction are labeled with long orange and green ribbons and numbered with white tree tags. If you come to inspect trees, irrigation systems may be running which can cause muddy conditions.
Boots are recommended for inspection. Additional recommendation- Write down the tree numbers you are interested in before coming to inspect.
All trees are balled and bur-lapped or potted at the time of inspection.
Winning bidders are responsible for removal of trees on the load out date.
Autumn Ridge will be loading trees with bobcats on the day of load out. Later pick up date can be arranged, but will be at convenience of the affiliate (late charges may be applied). Delivery and planting are available, call Joe for prices. Trees are measured in trunk diameter for deciduous trees and measured in height for coniferous trees.
Trees should be tarped when transported. Customer is responsible for tarping their own trees.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
