Our auctions will be held at the MC SALES Pick-Up location, 133 5th Street North, Breckenridge, Minnesota, 56520.
The auction will end on Friday, August 9th at 7 PM. You can pick up your items on Saturday, August 10th from 9 AM to 3 PM or on Monday, August 12th from 9 AM to 5 PM.
If these times don't work please contact us and we can schedule a time that works best.
Join us for inspections on Friday, August 9th, the last day of the auction, from 9 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., or call to schedule an appointment if this time doesn't work for you.

We are pleased to inform you that we accept cash, credit card, and online payment through your K-bid dashboard by clicking on invoices. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free pickup process, we recommend paying online before arriving if you plan to pay with a credit card.
Item pickup will be the following 2 day after the auction closes, from 9 AM - 5 PM
****While we hope you can pick up all the items during this time, we understand that it may not always be possible. If you're unable to make it, kindly pay online and give us a call at 218-522-8555 during the removal. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Please note that items that have been paid for will be held for 7 days. After 7 days, the item will be considered abandoned and will be recirculated into another auction, with NO refund to the buyer.
Items that have not been paid for will be held for 5 days from the end of the sale. After 5 days, the item will be recirculated into another auction, and the bidder will be marked as a NO-SHOW. The bidder's account will be deactivated.
**Please note that the Affiliate will attempt to contact the buyer 1 time. After that, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact the Affiliate.
When picking up items, please ensure that you bring adequate transportation, straps, and any necessary equipment. We want to make sure that everyone stays safe, so we will not load products into unsafe vehicles. If you have larger or heavier items, you may need to bring additional help.
Here is a detailed description of the different item conditions:
New: The package is unopened, and the item is in its original packaging. It is in perfect condition and has never been used.
Customer Returns: The item has been used and may have some damage or missing pieces. It could also be in okay condition.
Not Used: The item has never been used, but the packaging may be missing or damaged. It is in excellent condition, with no signs of wear or tear.
Good Condition: The item may look new or may have slight signs of use. It may also be missing instructions or packaging. It is in good condition, with only minor signs of wear.
Open Box: The item is in good condition but may be missing small pieces. It is in excellent condition, with only minor signs of wear.
Used: The item shows signs of wear and tear, such as scratches, nicks, or dents. It is still in good working condition, but it may have some cosmetic damage.
Missing Pieces: The item is missing one or more pieces.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid on this auction, you are agreeing to the auction specific terms listed on this page in additions to the K-BID user terms and agreements.

Inspection dates/times are available for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect prior to placing bids. Removal day is not inspection day. When an auction ends, and the winning bidder invoice appears on the bidder’s dashboard, the bidder is obligated to honor their bid(s).
Every auction item is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase.
Bidders are responsible for knowing and complying with auction terms. Failure to comply with removal terms may result in bidding privileges being disabled. Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.
Sellers and their agents are prohibited from bidding on their own assets.
Items with a reserve will not be sold unless the reserve price has been met.
At the close of the auction, active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
In the event that bidding rights are terminated due to no-show invoices, bidders MAY be reinstated at the discretion of K-BID only after a penalty fee of 20% of the unpaid invoice(s) and a reinstatement fee of $25.00 has been paid to K-BID and a scanned copy of your driver's license emailed to us. INVOICED ITEMS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. The payment is punitive and meant to deter no-shows. Duplicate bidder accounts will be deactivated when they are determined to exist. If possible and at our discretion, K-BID reserves the right to delete any bid we believe has been placed by a suspect bidder. Any registration that shows up on our fraud detection system may be placed on hold and bids removed until the user is verified. K-BID Online, Inc reserves the right to disallow anybody from bidding on its website. Cases of obvious bidding with no intent to redeem will be referred to appropriate legal authorities.
Affiliates may lower a lot reserve at any time before or after an auction closes. If the reserve is lowered while the auction is in progress, the applicable reserve message will appear below the Next Required Bid information (Reserve Not Met or Reserve Has Been Met); the asset will sell to the high bidder if the lowered reserve amount is met. If the reserve is lowered after the auction closes, the highest bidder at auction close will receive a winning bidder invoice.
Once an auction begins its closing process, outbid notifications will not be sent.
Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.
MC Sales utilizes the shipping services of USPS and UPS.
To obtain shipping assistance after a successful auction bid, please adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Submit payment for your invoice through your K-BID dashboard.
2. Send an email to info@mcsalesmn.com with the subject line: SHIPPING. Within the email, provide the following information: your bidder number, auction number, invoice number, verified shipping address, and the lots you have obtained.
Please allow us ample time to respond, as we prioritize in-person pickups and must request shipping rates from the carrier.
3. An invoice for shipping expenses will be sent to your email via Square. The invoice will include the carrier's shipping rate and a $12.00 handling fee per item/box.
Upon payment of the invoice, we will deliver your item(s) to the specified address. Please note that delivery is typically completed within 3-5 business days after the auction's closing and payment of shipping fees.

If you wish to request shipping, you can do so by following these steps:
1. Go to your K-BID dashboard and pay your invoice online.
2. Email info@mcsalesmn.com with the title: SHIPPING Please provide your bidder number, auction number, invoice number, verified shipping address, and the lots you've purchased. ( Please allow us some time to reply, as we must first take care of in-person pickups and request shipping rates from the carrier.)
3. You will receive an invoice for shipping costs via email through Square. The shipping cost will include a $12 per lot handling fee, in addition to the actual cost of shipping. This will not ship until the invoice is paid.
