Unused expandable house, cabin or office? Has two bedrooms, living room, bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower. There are two floor cabinets on legs believed to be for the kitchen corner of the living room (see photo of how the unit opens up and the floor plan layout). The unit measures approximately 7 ft. wide x 8'2" tall and 19'5" long. Approximate weight is between 4,500 - 5,000 lbs. I purchased this unit for expectations that never came to fruition, therefore I have not unfolded the container. The original band straps are still wrapped around the container. The unit is a 2023. If you are familiar with these house / containers great, if not, one should inspect prior to bidding. There are a of couple loose wrinkles in the bathroom linoleum, they were in it when I purchased it new last season. Pick up for this item is by appointment only, I will load it on to your trailer, assuming you come with the appropriate trailer to haul it. This item has a low reserve on it. This is an unused, expandable container type house / cabin. Serious buyers should inspect prior to bidding, Inspection time is Friday August 2nd from 3pm - 6pm. Pick up will be by appointment only for this auction. I will have equipment available to load this item on to your trailer, but again, needs to be scheduled and be flexible. Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
NO Shipping on this auction without prior approval by calling 952.463.6590. This auction has heavy bulky items that would need to be packaged and loaded accordingly!! If an item needs to be shipped, call us before bidding, a pallet fee per lot will be charged to the buyer based on the packaging criteria needed for shipment, nothing is shipped until all invoices and shipping costs are paid in full. Buyer is responsible for making all shipping / transportation arrangements and their associated costs.

Payment is expected the day of pickup, if for some reason you are unable to pickup at the scheduled time please call before bidding, we maybe able to accomodate a different pickup time for you. DO NOT assume it will work for us unless you call prior to bidding.
