Payment Types Accepted: For all Rum River Coin Overstock Auctions payment should be made online through your K-BID dashboard, or you may call the number above to make your payment over the phone. No payments will be accepted at the pickup location.
ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE END OF THE SCHEDULED REMOVAL DAY(S). If payment is NOT received by the end of the removal date, items will be re-sold. Please DO NOT bid if you cannot pay and pick up your items on the scheduled removal day (unless other arrangements have been made).
Removal: Please try your best to pick up on the scheduled day at Rum River Coin in downtown Anoka, but we can be flexible within a 48 hour after the auction close. At the close of the scheduled pickup day, all invoices should be paid, and you should have either picked up your items, or contacted the number above to arrang for shipping, or an alternative pickup time. Unpaid invoices, and/or no contact with winning bidders,will be marked as unpaid and processed as NO SHOWS.

Disclosure: Everything is sold "as is, where is" with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. Photos are provided for your convenience and do not provide a guarantee or warranty. Every effort is made to provide an accurate description and condition of the item; however, it is the bidder's responsibility to verify condition, quality, count, dimensions, etc. during their own personal inspection.
Refunds and/or Returns: Once you have picked up your item(s) and they have been removed from the auction site, refunds or returns will NOT be accepted. Buster Lee is not responsible for missing or damaged items after they have been removed. Please inspect your items and bring any questions or concerns to the attention of the auction manager before leaving the auction premises. NO refunds will be given for abandoned lots.
Release of Liability: By participating in this auction, you release Buster Lee of any liability for damage or injury that may occur on the premises of this auction.
Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.

Email us at brandon@busterleeauctions.com that you are the winning bidder and would like your items shipped. Please include your bidder number and winning lot number(s). You may also text 763-913-7078. Please wait to receive an updated invoice with your new total that includes the shipping cost before paying.
FEES: Actual shipping cost plus $5 processing per package. We do our best to consolidate items in the same box. We will automatically add signature confirmation and additional insurance on larger valued packages.
ATTENTION: If you win and want an item shipped that is marked not shippable, it will be marked as a no show.
Payments should be made through your K-BID dashboard. We will not accept payment at the time of pickup.
