**No card payments will be accepted on-site. You will need to pay before pick-up or bring cash (exact change).
Some of the furniture is on the top level of the home that has a steep stairway. You will need to bring help to remove these items. We are not responsible for accidents.
Please bring boxes and packaging materials for the glassware and collectible lots. Try to schedule your pick-up earlier for the large glassware/collectible lots since we will be closing down right at 5 pm.**

PLEASE NOTE: We are not able to accommodate individual/specialized pick-up dates and times. Please review the pick-up schedule BEFORE bidding to ensure you are available or can send someone in your place to pick up your items. DO NOT Call and ask for a special individualized pick-up date and time as we cannot accommodate this. If you are bidding, you are aware of the pick-up date and time and it is not our responsibility to send reminders. We do our best to send reminder texts and phone calls when needed.
No packing materials including boxes are provided. Customers are responsible to make sure they have all their items before leaving the pick up/auction site. We are not responsible for items they forget or leave behind.
If purchasing furniture, you will need to bring help as employees do not provide lifting and moving assistance.

Employees of Heartland Estate Sales & Services, LLC are unable to help lift, carry, or transport large or heavy items.
IMPORTANT: Inspection and removal times are firm. DO NOT bid on this auction if you are unable to honor the scheduled removal/ pick up time(s) and day. At the close of the removal/ pick up day, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWS and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliates discretion.
No refunds will be given for abandoned lots. You have until the end of the pick-up window to pick up your lots. We reserve the right to dispose of the lots if you do not pick up your items.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
