Payment Types Accepted: We accept Cash, Check, and all major CC's up to $5,000. Wire transfer required over $10,000.
Removal: Items are to be removed during the scheduled removal date. Late removals should not be assumed. A $25 fee will apply to alternative removal times without prior approval. Items paid for and not removed with 14 days will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be issued.
Shipping: Please view the shipping tab for more information, and always look to see if an item is shippable before bidding.

Refunds and/or Returns: Once you have picked up your item(s) and they have been removed from the auction site, refunds or returns will NOT be accepted. Prince & Angie's Fitness Corp. is not responsible for missing or damaged items after they have been removed. Please inspect your items and bring any questions or concerns to the attention of the auction manager before leaving the auction premises. NO refunds will be given for abandoned lots.
Release of Liability: By participating in this auction, you release Prince & Angie's Fitness Corp of any liability for damage or injury that may occur on the premises of this auction.
Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.

Local delivery available within 40 miles of our location. $150 per lot purchased. Delivery includes to the ground level - door/garage. We do not install or bring inside unless approved.
Buyer may arrange their own shipping, but this must be communicated with us and it must be paid for on the removal date. We allow up to 7 days for items to be picked up by a shipper, beyond that is a $150 fee. If items are not removed within 14 days after the auction close, the item is abondoned and no refund will be given.
