PLEASE NOTE: This auction is being held at a private home.  There will be large sandwich boards with signage guiding you to the pickup area.  The pickup area is near Providence Academny off Schmidt Lake Road and Vicksburg. 

***All props, risers, holders and things not mentioned in the listing descriptive body are for display purposes only and are not apart of the listing other than aid in helping the items to be shown to the buyer. No exceptions: as we need these tools to display the items as best as we can. 

REMOVAL TIMES:  Appointments can be made under your account at K-Bid.com.  Appointments help us facilitate a faster pick up for everyone.  We are not able to accommodate special requests for alternative times or dates.  Immediately after an auction pick up concludes, we are busy loading the next auction.  We request that you do not bid if you are not able to pick up your items on the day and time specified.  In the rare cases of an approved later pick up, there is a $5.00 per day/per lot handling and storage fee.

PACKING MATERIALS: Assume that NO packing materials or boxes are provided so bring your own just in case.  Customers are responsible to make sure they have all their items before leaving the pickup area.  Auction Studios is not responsible for items forgotten or left behind.

LARGE ITEMS: Staff is unable to assist in the removal of any items including larger furniture.  Please bring appropriate help and the appropriately sized vehicle for removal.  

UNPAID NO SHOWS: After the removal time has expired, all unpaid invoices will be processed as a NO SHOW.  Those lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliate's discretion.  The lots may be relisted for lack of payment.  NO SHOWS run the risk of having their account disabled by K-Bid and penalty fees may be incurred to have an account reinstated.

PAID NO SHOWS: Items that have been paid for and have not been picked up by the end of the removal time listed in the auction will be considered abandoned and Auction Studios will dispose of or relist items as they see fit.  NO REFUNDS will be made.  

SHIPPING: If an item is listed as shippable, as a courtesy, we will bring your item to UPS for you for packing and shipping.  Cost of shipping will be a $10 minumum handeling fee + actual postage fee. Addition items and hard to wrap items might accrue a higher fee.

Important things to note on shipping:

·      Your invoice must be paid in full BEFORE a request for shipping is made.

·      Shipping requests must be made BEFORE the pickup time listed on the auction. To make a request, please text us at the number listed on the auction.  We will only need your name, bidder number, which auction and the words, "Please Ship."

·      Shipping costs are completely separate from the auction and must be paid with The Private Shipper.  They will contact you shortly after your items are received requesting payment.  If you have not been contacted, please check your junk mail and spam.

·      Items returned to us for lack of payment for the shipping at UPS will result in the loss of shipping privileges.  If items are returned to us for lack of payment, we will try to reach you by phone.  If we have no response from you within 3 days of the phone call, we will consider the item(s) abandoned and will dispose of at our discretion.  NO REFUNDS will be made.  As a gentle reminder, we are an Auction company, not a shipping company and we are bringing this to UPS as a courtesy for you.  

·      We have no control over fees and shipping costs. There are many factors that will greatly increase the rate including the size and weight.  i.e.  Artwork is expensive to ship because of its size, not necessarily the weight.
