This facility no longer meets the needs of the Central Region Cooperative, and therefore is being offered up in a no-reserve, absolute auction.
The largest bin/silo has a capacity of approximately 125,000 bushel, making this a good storage option for any large farmer. This bin is filled via a leg from the scale house and emptied via auger and then vacuum. There are multiple auger holes around the base of the bin to make unloading easy.
There is an approximately 100,000 lb working scale, updated just 2 years ago, and working elevator legs to all silos. There are also seven cement stave silos built in approximately 1968. The reclaim conveyor between the silos does not work.
The scale house and original elevator was built in approximately 1920. You can drive trucks or semis onto the scale for dumping and weighing. The scale measures approximately 10 ft wide x 50 ft long, and the entry door is approximately 12x15 ft.
There is also a brick storage garage next to the elevator that provides an area of approximately 26x40 to store other items.
There is a small brick structure on the property next to the street, that contains city gas meters that is not for owner use.
The facility is powered by 3 phase power, which is active.
There is a parking lot area by the large metal silo.
