REMOVAL: Inspection and removal times are firm. You are welcome to call and ask if we are available at a time that fits your schedule, but we cant promise we can accomodate but we will do our best. After the removal time has expired all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWS and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliates discretion.
Please, if you cant make pick up day, I'll try my best to work with you on picking up item if it's paid for. ABANDONED ITEMS: Items paid for but not picked during the removal will be considered abandoned and no refunds will be issued.
REMOVAL HELP: Dise Auctions employees are unable to help lift, carry or transport any heavy items. Please bring appropriate help for removal of the items. I suggest to bring a 2 wheeler if you think itll help.
ITEM CONDITION: We do our best to provide accurate pictures and descriptions, however, every auction item is sold as is/ where is with no guarantees or warranties. It is the bidders responsibility to inspect and evaluate any items prior to bidding. Items will be available for inspection on the times posted in the auction. All items are a final sale with no refunds or returns. It is the bidders responsibility to inspect items before they leave the auction premises. Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
If an item can be shipped itll be noted. Larger items such as bikes, cCabinets, Machinery, Lathes, Autos, furniture etc will not be shipped. Call in advance if you have any questions.
Smalls/Mediums will be shipped via USPS Im happy to combine shipping to save you money. Please specify if you have multiple items. Itll help us. Invoice for all items to be shipped must be PAID IN FULL, we will not ship if unpaid.
Text us at 320-436-1234 with your name, bidder number, and the auction title stating "Please ship my items".

We will bring your carefully wrapped items to the Post office within 2-3 days after pickup/removcal date.
Once paid, your items will ship. We charge a $10 handling fee for the 1st lot, and $8 for each lot after. Smaller lots will be less handling fees. Shipping takes time and materials. Boxes, tape, wrapping item if needed, gas and time to Post. Ill do my best to send tracking as well via text if you request it. Please make sure I have your phone number.
