Large corporation in Brooklyn Park is downsizing. This is the first of several auction we will be holding here over the next 6-8 months. This first wave of items features HIGH END OFFICE, LOUNGE AND BREAKROOM FURNITURE, REFRIGERATORS AND MICROWAVES, WHITEBOARDS AND EASELS, PAPER JOGGERS, WAREHOUSE TOTES, STEEL PALLETS, WORK TABLES, and much more.
We have HERMAN MILLER, STEELCASE, BERNHARDT, FRIGIDAIRE, RUBBERMAID, QUARTET, DYNA RACK and other good quality brand names.
Items are in nice condition and waiting for you to put them to work.
LOAD OUT IS ONE DAY ONLY. WE HAVE A FIRM "NO EXCEPTIONS" POLICY TO LOAD OUT DAYS AND TIMES.

We do not take personal or business checks. We take visa and master card for up to $3,000.00. Wire transfers and cash are always welcome. For purchases over $3000.00 a wire transfer, Cashier Check or cash are the best way to go. A Cashier Check must be made out to M.A.Williams Auction.
Bidders are required to attend the scheduled removal to pay their invoice and pick up their lots.
NO REEFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. IF YOU PAY FOR ITEMS AND DO NOT SHOW UP DURING THE DESIGNATED REMOVAL SCHEDULE THE ITEMS WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDON.

Inspection & Removal

Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.

WE TAKE VISA AND MASTERCARD FOR UP TO $3000.00 MAXIMUM. FOR AMOUNTS OVER THIS AMOUNT PLEASE USE CASH OR A CASHIER CHECK.
CREDIT CARDS AND ONLINE PAYMENTS ARE NEVER ACCEPTED FOR TITLED ASSETS.
TITLED ASSETS REQUIRE YOU TO APPEAR IN PERSON AND TO PAY WITH CASH OR A CASHIER CHECK MADE OUT TO M.A. WILLIAMS AUCTION.
