Assets of the former Jack & Jill Grocery Store in Bowmen ND
Everything on this auction is located in Bowmen ND not at our auction facility in Aberdeen.
All items where in the store and being used when the owner passed away unexpectedly. All assets were removed from the building by the new owners.
Items are assumed to be in working condition but are being sold as is where is with no guarantee of being in working order or of their functionality.
Note: S&S Auction will not be onsite for this auction!!!
Consignor will be handling everything for the auction we are just hosting the auction online for them. Therefore, all payments will be made online on your K-Bid Dashboard at the conclusion of the auction.
No payments will be accepted at the auction location during pickup.
Consignor will be handling the inspection & loadout for this auction.
DO NOT SHOW UP WITHOUT A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT!!!
Successful bidders need to click on the Invoices Tab in your Dashboard at the conclusion of the auction to schedule a time for pickup of your items on Friday Nov. 1st 9:00 AM To 4:00 PM or Saturday Nov. 2nd 10:00 AM To 4:00 PM

No lots will be loaded without a scheduled appointment!!!
Please Adhere to the time you schedule for pick up to limit the amount of people we have onsite at one time.
There will be a skid steer on site to assist in loading large items, but you are responsible for lifting and loading all small items.
If you are not able to lift and load items that you purchased make sure to bring help with you for pickup. There will not be any assistance for loading of your items, you are responsible to bring adequate help with you for loadout of the items you purchased.

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
