    As with all K-BID.com auctions, the Buyer is responsible to inspect All items prior to Bidding.  Bidder's responsibility to test all electrical items(we will as facility check items when we can and list in description). We encourage you to come on inspection day to see these items (if you can't make inspection day give us a call. We'd be happy to set up a time that works for you). 
  • Items must be paid for by the pick-up date. Any item(s) not picked up on the scheduled day will not be held by the KAC unless arrangements were made before auction close.
  • Please note: Item removal is the responsibility of the buyer and is done at the buyer's risk. Staff will help in locating items but are not responsible for getting items loaded into vehicles. Buyers are responsible for bringing a vehicle large enough to accommodate items, and help for neatly removing and loading your items if needed, as well as any boxes/rachets/securing materials that are needed.
  • Late removal appointments will require an additional charge of $25.00 payable when reschedule is made.
  • Any items that have been paid for and not picked up on scheduled removal day will be considered abandoned unless other arrangements have been made with Kyle or Becky.
  • Kandiyohi Auction Center is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items that are not picked up on designated pick-up day.

  • Disclosure: Everything is sold "as is, where is" with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. Photos are provided for your convenience and do not provide a guarantee or warranty. Every effort is made to provide an accurate description and condition of the item; however, it is the bidder's responsibility to verify condition, quality, count, dimensions, etc. during their own personal inspection.  
  • Refunds and/or Returns: Once you have picked up your item(s) and they have been removed from the auction site, refunds or returns will NOT be accepted. KAC is not responsible for missing or damaged items after they have been removed. Please inspect your items and bring any questions or concerns to the attention of the auction manager before leaving the auction premises. NO refunds will be given for abandoned lots. 
  • Release of Liability: By participating in this auction, you release KAC of any liability for damage or injury that may occur on the premises of this auction.

  • IMPORTANT NOTES:Firearms - Payment for firearm must be paid prior to picking up firearm - Make sure you know the guns you purchase are legal to own in your own state - If you want to view firearm contact Zero Tolerance(located next to KAC 320-212-6958) - Pickup of firearm will be at Zero Tolerance – 537 Pacific Ave S, Kandiyohi, MN 56251 - Contact info 320-212-6958 - Upon pickup transfer/paperwork fee of 30 dollars will be charged and paid to Zero Tolerance - If shipping is required to another FFL in another state all shipping and charges will be handled by Zero Tolerance- (approximately 50 dollars for a long gun & 40 dollars for a hand gun) Please call to make arrangements with them - 320-212-6958 - When you purchase a firearm, you will be required to pass a NICS check. Plan on spending some time filling out the required paperwork to obtain a firearm. If you are purchasing a handgun or rifle with a pistol grip, you will be required to have a valid permit to purchase or Minnesota Conceal and Carry permit. If you do not pass the NICS check, the firearm will be resold on auction for you, but you are still required to honor your bid and pay for your purchase. $35 will be charged for the paperwork/transfer at the time of pickup at Zero Tolerance. When you purchase a firearm make sure you do the following: 1.) Your bidder information MUST match your real name, identification is required. 2.) If paying with a credit card, the name on the card must match your driver’s license. 3.) Your driver’s license, and if needed, your permit to purchase or Conceal and Carry Permit MUST also match your bidder profile. 4.) A NICS/Transfer charge of $35.00 will apply to each firearm, no exceptions. This charge will be paid to Zero Tolerance at time of pickup. 5.) NICS checks are required EVEN IF the buyer has a permit to carry or permit to purchase. Under Federal law, in order for a Licensed Dealer to lawfully transfer a handgun or militarized rifle to a person who resides out of State, the firearm must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) within the bidder’s State of residence. The bidder may then receive the firearm from the FFL upon completion of an ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check fee. FFL #

Auction Terms Addendum

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.

  • Bidders are responsible for all activity under their account.
  • Account information and passwords must not be shared.
  • All bids are binding and may not be retracted.

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.

Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Auction Process

  • Items with a reserve will not sell unless the reserve price is met.
  • Reserves may be lowered at any time at the independent auction company's discretion:
    • During the auction: updated reserve status will be displayed.
    • After closing: the highest bidder may be awarded the item if the reserve is lowered.
  • At closing, items with active bidding will remain open until no bids are received for three (3) minutes.
  • Outbid notifications are not sent once an item enters the closing process.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.

If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:

  • Reinstatement is at K-BID’s discretion
  • Requires payment of:
    • 20% penalty on unpaid invoice(s)
    • $25 reinstatement fee
  • A valid government-issued ID must be provided
  • Unpaid items will not be awarded

Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.

Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
