The auction is split into three parts:
Lots 1A-1Z - new items
Lots 4-200 - big box liquidation merchandise
Lots 201-299 - tool and equipment consignments
Items in lots 4 thru 200 are from a liquidation truckload. Store returns can be for a variety of reasons: the item wasn't satisfactory to the customer, didn't fit, purchased by mistake, duplicate purchase, small defect but still functional, customer simply did not want.
Items can be new and unopened, some may be "damaged box" where the packaging shows damage but the item itself does not, others may be "open box " where the item itself is untouched but the packaging is opened.
It is up to the bidder to inspect before bidding. All items are sold - AS IS

PAYMENTS ARE DUE WITHIN 48 HOURS AFTER THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION. Winning bidders who have not paid their invoices by this time will be listed as no-shows. If shipping is selected, please wait to pay your invoice until after freight charges have been added.
For invoices less than $5,000, preferred payment method is online through your K-BID Dashboard prior to removal. For invoices over $5,000, the preferred payment method is wire transfer or cashier's check.

Please pick up your items in a timely manner. Paid lots left behind for more than 10 days are considered abandoned and will become the property of I-35 Auctions. No notice or reminders will be made.
Any refunds issued for unclaimed purchases are subject to a restocking fee not to exceed 25%. The decision whether to issue any refund is at the discretion of I-35 Auctions' management.
Items have not been tested unless otherwise described in the lot descriptions. I-35 Auctions makes no warranty as to the condition of items offered herein. Buyer is responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. Used items come with used issues, including minor mechanical issues, interior and exterior imperfections. Pick up day is not inspection day.
Refunds for damaged or missing items will be capped at the total of the hammer price, buyer's premium and sales tax, if applicable.
We assume no responsibility for accidents, injuries or property damage occuring at the auction site. By accepting our assistance with loading - whether using forklifts or other methods - you agree to release us from any liability for damage or injury resulting from the loading process.
Buyers are solely responsible for assuring proper trailering of goods and securely fastening their own loads. I-35 Auctions and the seller are not responsible for any accidents which may occur due to improper loading, stowage or securing of loads. I-35 Auctions does reserve the right to refuse to load any vehicle that is deemed unsafe.

Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping:
Parcel shipments:
We use Shippo to compare and find you the best rates on shipping from UPS, USPS and FedEx. A handling fee of $7 per lot will be charged in addition to freight charges. Oversized items and things requiring special packaging or additional packing material may incur an additional charge.
Pallet shipments:
Minimum $60 per pallet handling fee, plus freight charges. Please let us know if your receiving location is residential or business and if you have a loading dock and/or forklift.
Online payments can be made through your K-BID Dashboard or we can process your payment in person on pick up day. If you want items shipped, please wait until freight charges are added before paying your invoice.
