*BEFORE LEAVING THE PREMISES WITH YOUR ITEMS you are responsible to INSPECT your lots to make sure you got all of the correct items AS WELL AS making sure what you got is how it was described on the auction site (functionality, cosmetics, etc.)
*All items must be removed by the winning bidder. If you win a lot that has multiple items in it, you're responsible to take all of the items in that lot. For example, if you win an entire bedroom but only wanted the dresser, you're still responsible to remove all the other items in that bedroom lot. Your bidding availability may be restricted if you don't follow these guidelines.
*Sometimes due to the size of the auction, things do get mixed up. Please make sure what you have is what you bid on and everything you bid on is included and correct. We will not entertain any refunds or bring you items that you missed after the item has left the property.

We accept Cash, All Major Credit Cards either in person or by phone. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS.
If you feel a item was not listed properly, you have one week to make your case. If we feel a refund is in order, item will need to be returned to us within one week of removal. Once we pay our sellers we cannot make adjustments. Remember this is an auction. This is not a retail store.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.

FEES: $13 per box/package plus actual shipping cost, plus tax. We will do our best to ship most items in the same box. The price may go up depending on how much packing and handling is required to ship. They use SPEEDEE, USPS, UPS, and FEDEX. Shipping Rates will vary depending on Size and weight.

We will then package everything, get it ready for shipment, and then send you an invoice via email through SQUARE. We will not send a follow up email prior to the SQUARE invoice email usless there is information needed.
