We try our best to describe these items to avoid misreprensetation of each item we post on our auctions. We encourage you to please show up for inspection before you bid. Refund will not be issued if your expectation was not met at removal for what you bided on.
Removal: Please bring help to remove what you won on these auctions. There will be a $50 charge for each item that we help to load for you. You relief Prince & Angie's Fitness Corp and its employees from liability for any damages to your item while we help to load on your vehecle.
Release of Liability: By participating in this auction, you release Prince & Angie's Fitness Corp of any liability for damage or injury that may occur on the premises of this auction.
