This was in service until the new gymnastics facility came online in January of 2025. It is still in serviceable condition with wear and tear expected from women's collegiate level use.
This lot includes the surface carpet, underlying foam pads, and wood underlayment system.
It has be serviced on a yearly or as as needed basis and some floor panels with cracks have been found and moved to the exterior edges where there is limited use. Damaged springs have been replaced when detected.
No additional, mats, pads or equipment is included with this lot.
Disassembly and removal is to be performed by the winning bidder.

Payments: Credit Cards only. We do not accept cash or checks. Auction winners will pay at time of pick up.
Removal: Buyers are to make an appointment through the K-BID dashboard for removal, Removal and payment due by BLANK.

Removal Logistics: We have forklifts on site, commercial height loading dock with dock leveler and a grade level loading dock. Please bring the appropriate vehicle and trailer if necessary for removal. Email with questions. reuse@umn.edu
Shipping: Shipping is all at the buyers expense and they must coordinate with shipping companies directly. We must be alerted of any pickups or requirements. Please see shipping tab.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Buyer Responsibility
Item Pickup
Once you have paid for your items, we will place them on the loading dock for your pickup. From this point forward, items are sold "as is, where is," and any assistance provided may incur a fee.
No labor available
A storage fee of $25 per day will be applied to any item not removed within two weeks of purchase.

Please note that some auctions may already be prepared for freight shipment, and no additional fees will be charged in those cases. Contact us for more information.
