PLEASE NOTE: This auction is being held at our studios.  We are in a bright, mint green building in uptown Hamel.  If you turn by the Aldi on HWY 55, we are right up the hill.  There is ample parking in the rear of the building and the entrance is also located in the rear of the building.

REMOVAL TIMES: Appointments can be made under your account at K-Bid.com. Appointments help us facilitate a faster pick up for everyone.  We are not able to accommodate special requests for alternative times and dates.  Immediately after an auction pick up concludes, we are busy on preparing for our next auction. At the studios, space is limited and if at an estate, we have do not have further access to the home. We request that you do not bid if you are not able to pick up your items on the day and time specified.  In the rare cases of a later pickup with prior approval, there is a $5.00 per day/per lot handling and storage fee.

LARGE ITEMS: Staff is unable to assist in the removal of any times.  Please bring appropriate help and the appropriately sized vehicle for the removal of your items.  

PACKING MATERIALS:  No packing materials or boxes are provided.  Please bring the appropriate items you will need for removal.

SHIPPING: If an item is listed as shippable. There is a green truck icon on each lot that signifies if a lot is shippable or not.

There is a handling and package fee along with the shipping cost.

The handling fee for this auction is $10.00 for the first lot and $5.00 for each additional lot.   

There may be additional fees for handling if the package is oversized or multiple packages.  Please contact us with any shipping questions before the auction closes.

·      Items must be paid in full on K-Bid.com before requesting shipping.

·      The shipping request must be made before the close of the pickup day.

·      Text the number listed on the auction with your name, bidder number, the auction title and the words, please ship my items.

·      You will receive a separate invoice for the shipping your items.  Please allow 5-10 business days for processing time.

·      Your shipping invoice must be paid in full before we will ship.

·      Check the details of the auction for the fees associated with shipping on each auction.

·      We have no control over the shipping costs.  There are many factors that will greatly increase the rate including the size and weight.  i.e. Artwork is expensive to ship because of the size, not necessarily the weight.

·      If a shipping invoice is not paid within 7 days of the invoice being emailed to the email you have on file with K-Bid, we will consider the items abandoned and will dispose of the items at our discretion.  NO REFUNDS for items with unpaid shipping invoices.  

·      Shipping costs are separate from your K-Bid invoice.

ITEMS LEFT BEHIND:  Please check that you have all the items that you have purchased.  It is the bidder’s responsibility to make sure they have all items before leaving the site.  Auction Studios is not responsible for items forgotten or left behind.  Items left behind after the auction pick up has closed will be considered abandoned and disposed of at our discretion.

UNPAID - NO SHOWS: After the removal time has expired, all unpaid invoices will be processed as a NO SHOW.  Those lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at our discretion.  The lots may be relisted for lack of payment.  NO SHOWS run the risk of having their account disabled by K-Bid and penalty fees may be incurred to have an account reinstated.

PAID - NO SHOWS: Items that have been paid for and have not been picked up by the end of the removal time listed in the auction will be considered abandoned and Auction Studios will dispose of or relist items as they see fit.  NO REFUNDS will be made.

TAX EXEMPT:  All requests for tax exempt must be accompanied by a completed ST3 form.  You can find the form athttps://www.revenue.state.mn.us/sites/default/files/2019-07/st3.pdf

There must be a form filled out for EACH auction.  NO EXCEPTIONS!
