A good running and reliable suburban – Made two round trips to PA and back in 2024. This is EXTREMELY clean inside. Seller recently upgraded to a newer model suburban.
--Purchased in 2016 from original owner
--Regular engine and transmission service (fluids and parts).
--New tires last fall – approx. 15,000 miles on them.
--Avg. MGP is 18/19 on highway and 14/15 in town.
--Four-Wheel Drive (Auto 4wd, High & Low)
--Really good Heat and AC. AC leak just repaired (broken line replaced)
--Block heater to make winter starts easier.
Known Issues:
--Oil leak – believed to be the rear main seal. 1 qt per 3000k miles and maybe more if short in-town trips. Checked regularly.
--TPMS (Tire pressure sensors acting up – 1 is new and didn’t replace the others)
--Front Driver airbag sensor – intermittent light (sensor needs replaced)
--CD player not working (radio and tape are fine)
--Rear Suspension Compressor not working (maybe a blown fuse – optional for towing)
Vehicle is being sold as is with no warranty of any kind. Title will be handed over with keys upon receipt of payment. No taxes here, as taxes will be paid upon registration.
