Bring packing materials and boxes. Customers are responsible to make sure they have all their items before leaving the pick up/auction site. We are not responsible for items they forget or leave behind.

IMPORTANT: Inspection and removal times are firm. DO NOT bid on this auction if you are unable to honor the scheduled removal/ pick up time(s) and day. At the close of the removal/ pick up day, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWS and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliates discretion.
Do not bid unless you intend to pay. Payment must be received by the end of the pick-up date/time. For example, if the last pick-up time is 3 pm, you must pay before 3 pm. Non-paying bidders will be marked as a No Show. No refunds will be given for abandoned lots. You must call if you can't make the scheduled pick-up date/times. You have 2 calendar days after the scheduled pick-up date to remove your items. We reserve the right to dispose of the lots if you do not pick up your items after the 2 days have elapsed.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
