PAYMENTS ARE DUE WITHIN 48 HOURS AFTER THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION. Winning bidders who have not paid their invoices by this time will be listed as no-shows. If shipping is selected, please wait to pay your invoice until after freight charges have been added.
For invoices less than $5,000, preferred payment method is online through your K-BID Dashboard prior to removal. For invoices over $5,000, the preferred payment method is wire transfer or cashier's check.

The preferred method of payment for transactions over $10,000 is wire transfer.

If paying with cash or cashier's check, we need the following information: full name, address, SSN or FEIN, birthdate and driver's license, for both the person bringing the cash/cashier's check and the person on whose behalf the transaction is being conducted.

Please pick up your items in a timely manner. Paid lots left behind for more than 10 days are considered abandoned and will become the property of Bidz Auction House. No notice or reminders will be made.
Any refunds issued for unclaimed purchases are subject to a restocking fee not to exceed 25%. The decision whether to issue any refund is at the discretion of Bidz Auction House' management.
Items have not been tested unless otherwise described in the lot descriptions. Bidz Auction House makes no warranty as to the condition of items offered herein. Buyer is responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. Used items come with used issues, including minor mechanical issues, interior and exterior imperfections. Pick up day is not inspection day.
Refunds for damaged or missing items will be capped at the total of the hammer price, buyer's premium and sales tax, if applicable.
Bidz Auction House is not responsible for accidents, injuries or damage to property while visiting the auction site.
Buyers are solely responsible for assuring proper trailering of goods and securely fastening their own loads. Bidz Auction House and the seller are not responsible for any accidents which may occur due to improper loading, stowage or securing of loads. Bidz Auction House does reserve the right to refuse to load any vehicle that is deemed unsafe.
Communications policy: By bidding on this auction, you grant Bidz Auction House permission to text and/or email you information relevant to this auction, such as removal or payment reminders, shipping information, etc.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping charges are calculated as follows: $5 fee + Carrier shipping charges.
Items will be shipped within 7 days of auction close.
Please notify us if you have a perferred carrier. Otherwise we will choose from USPS, UPS, FedEx (or other) at our discretion.
