Our auctions end Wednesday night at 7:00PM and our removals are always the following day on Thursday from 12:00 Noon until 6:00PM.

Open Box/Unused: Item in good condition, we make good effort to insure item works and is complete
Customer Returns: Item in good condition, we make good effort to insure item works and is complete, but could be missing instructions or packaging
Used: This item may show signs of use
Clearance: This item may have damage, we do our best to note any flaws/damage. Please see photos or personally inspect
If you have any concerns or questions please call or text or come in to personally inspect during our inspection time
Forms of payment: We prefer that you pay online using your K-Bid dashboard and clicking on invoices. Please do this prior to coming to pick up.
If you need to pay with cash please bring exact amount.
We DO NOT accept checks.
Removal: is always the next day, Thursday, after the auction closes from 12 noon to 6:30pm. Items are expected to be picked up at this time. We know that sometimes this is not possible, if you absolutely need to do another time, please pay your invoice online first, then call or text at 612-386-4183, we will do or best to accommodate another time.
Items that are paid: Will be held for one week. After one week, a $30 storage fee will be applied. After 2 weeks, the item(s) will be considered abandoned and will be recirculated into another auction. No refund will be given.
Items that are not paid: Will be held for one week. After one week the item will be reciculated into another auction and the bidder will be marked as a no-show. The bidder's account will be deactivated.
Please remember to bring adequate transportation, straps, and any needed equipment. We will not load products into unsafe vehicles or in an unsafe manner.
Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
We do not offer shipping.
