We've got to much stuff and we're cleaning house! Over the next few months we'll be digging through our mountain of vintage and antique treasure and putting them up for auction. We have the remnants of the McWilliams estate we conducted last fall with countless mystery boxes to still left to dig through. Not to mention all the other stuff we antique dealers tend to accumulate.

Payment Types Accepted: Payment is preferred through your K-BID dashboard before pickup. Cash and cards will be accepted during pickup. NO CHECKS.
ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE END OF THE SCHEDULED REMOVAL DAY(S). Unless your items are being shipped. If payment is NOT received by the end of the removal date, items will be re-sold. Please DO NOT bid if you cannot pay and pick up your items on the scheduled removal day (unless other arrangements have been made).
Removal: Please bring your own box and necessary help, tools and proper size equipment or vehicle to haul your items. At the close of the removal / pickup day, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWS and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliate’s discretion.

Photos are provided for your convenience and do not provide a guarantee or warranty. Every effort is made to provide an accurate description and condition of the item; however, it is the bidder's responsibility to verify condition, quality, count, dimensions, etc. during their own personal inspection.
Refunds and/or Returns: Once you have picked up your item(s) and they have been removed from the auction site, refunds or returns will NOT be accepted. Buster Lee is not responsible for missing or damaged items after they have been removed. Please inspect your items and bring any questions or concerns to the attention of the auction manager before leaving the auction premises. NO refunds will be given for abandoned lots.
Release of Liability: By participating in this auction, you release Buster Lee of any liability for damage or injury that may occur on the premises of this auction.
Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.

Actual shipping cost plus $5 fee per box shipped. Will combine items when possible. Could take up to a week before item is shipped based on volume being shipped. We will automatically add signature confirmation and additional insurance on larger valued packages.
If you are the winning bidder. Email or text your name and bidder number to brandon@busterleeauctions.com or 763-913-7078 that you would like your items shipped.
Please wait to receive an updated invoice before paying. No item will be shipped until your invoice has been paid. If you do not pay within 2 days of receiving your updated invoice your lot wins will be marked as no shows.
Online payment is preferred through K-BID dashboard to speed up the pickup process. We will accept cash or credit card payments at the time of pickup.
