Excellent overall condition. One minor chip noted and some minor discoloration around platinum rim.
Pick up for these items is Saturday, May 24th, 2025 from 9a-Noon. THIS IS A PRIVATE RESIDENCE AND THERE ARE NO ALTERNATIVE PICK UP DAYS OR TIMES AVAILABLE. PLEASE NOTATE THE TIMES AS THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. **It is a Holiday Weekend. Plan accordingly** ALL ITEMS WILL BE REMOVED AT NOON.
Ensure you bring assistance for larger items and packing material for transport. The staff is unable to assist with moving. Most items are on the main level with minimal stairs for removal. There will be no extra boxes or packing material available on site.
Pick up address is in Maple Grove on 97th Place North (near the intersection of CR30/101). Full address will be posted prior to pick up on the 24th.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Some small items may qualify for shipping. Please email FabFindsMN@gmail.com at least 24hrs prior to bidding closing to ensure item is available to ship. Items are shipped USPS standard rates. Handling fees are $12/lot.
When possible, please utilize online payment prior to pick up. This expedites the process. We can accept credit cards or cash on-site if needed. Sorry, no checks.
