There will be a viewing/ inspection day on Wednesday May 21st, from 9 am until 4:30 pm. This is not a day to come and meander around but come with a list of lot numbers and descriptions, so we can more quickly assist you.
If there is rain or snow the gravel "yard" can become a bit sloppy. Have proper footwear and clothing for the conditions.

Pick Up terms:
It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to arrange payment and pick up of all winning invoices.
1. Please note the specific pick up days and times for each auction. (note: we try to accommodate as many schedules as possible. Please set up an appoinment!
2. All items should be paid and picked up no later than the close of designated pick up business day. Please make arrangements for someone to pick up your items for you. We have no options for extended pick up days..
3. Bidders are responsible for knowing and complying with auction terms. Failure to comply with removal terms may result in bidding privileges being disabled. Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.
Applicable Minnesota Sales Tax will be collected.
At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes. Only bid if you plan on paying and picking up your item.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
