Late Removals: Please acknowledge and abide by the removal dates/times being that they are by apppointment time. .
You must notify us of your intention to pick-up outside the scheduled removal dates by end of the scheduled removal period.
Payment is always required during the removal period.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
SHIPPING:
If an item is offered as shippable, we will bring the item to a third-party shipping company for you. We have
no control over the fees they may charge. There are factors that will greatly increase the rate including the
size and weight. i.e. Artwork is expensive to ship because of the size, not the weight.
If you would like you would like your item shipped, please follow the below:
1. Invoice for all items to be shipped must be PAID IN FULL. We will not ship if unpaid.
PACKING MATERIALS: No packing materials including boxes are provided. Customers are responsible to make sure they have all their items before leaving the pick-up/auction site. We are not responsible for items forgotten or left behind. We will typically ship by UPS/USPS within three days of the pickup/removal date. Shipping is completed the day after removal is completed and shipping invoices has been paid in full.
Please be patient as auctions this auction has 600+ lot items.
Shipping will be USPS or UPS Ground advantage; whichever is cheapest on PirateShip.com.
Tracking will be available by email once payment has been received AND packaging has been completed on website during business hours.
Shipping cost may vary based on distance and time frame.
BOTH THE AUCTION ITEM AND THE FREIGHT/SHIPPING COST MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE ITEM(S) CAN BE SHIPPED.
IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER TO MANAGE ALL PICKUP AND SHIPPING ISSUES.

NO SHOWS: After the removal time has expired, all unpaid invoices will be processed as
NO SHOWS and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the
affiliate’s discretion.
NO SHOWS run the risk of having their account locked down by K-BID
and penalty fees may be incurred to have an account reinstated.
