Credit Card Amounts: We accept CC's up to $5,000. At our discretion, we may accept credit card payments over $5,000, in this case, there will be a 3.5% surcharge added to the total amount.
Removal: Items are to be removed during the scheduled removal date. Later removals should never be assumed without prior approval. A daily $25 fee will apply to alternative removal times without prior approval. Items paid for and not removed with 2 days after pickup times will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be issued.

Platform Role

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
*All shipping prices are for those within Spee-Dee Delivery (Click Here Delivery Service Area Maps | Spee-Dee Delivery , enter your zip code and it will let you know if you are in the available shipping area. If you are outside of these areas the shipping cost are double the prices seen.
Each box will be packed up to 20 lbs or the space of a box up to/about 22”X15”X15”, whichever comes first will be a flat rate of $18.
Additional boxes will be $15 each.
The shipping fee will be added to your invoice the day after the auction depending on the quantity of boxes needed to ship your items.
The boxes are good size and we will get as much as we can into one before adding additional boxes. I try and say how much room/weight each lot will take up so you are able to estimate your shipping costs.
What if an item is heavier than 20 lbs or bigger than that size box but shipping is available?
- For these items we will list the cost that will be added for shipping in that lots post. Again these will be shipping prices for Spee-Dee delivery areas. Outside the Spee-Dee zone will be either double or not shippable, please check before bidding if you are concerned.
