Pick up for the items won in this auction are located in Brainerd, MN. PLEASE make sure that if you are bidding on the other Amundson Auction F2025, that ends the same evening, the pick up for that auction is in Breckenridge MN (They are about 2.5 hours away fro.m each other)

Shipping
If you would like shipping DO NOT PAY YOUR INVOICE YET, once the auction is closed you can go to your dashboard and choose shipping. The next morning I will add the shipping charges to your invoice, which you will then be able to pay. Items won and paid for will be shipped out the Monday after the close of the auction.
Shipping will be conducted via Speedee, UPS, USPS, or Fedex. You will be charged the actual shipping rate, plus $5.00 handling.
Pick up dates: (There is a new K-Bid policy that requires you to schedule a pick-up time. If you schedule it but can't make it at that time, as long as you can get your items during the designated pick up times you will be just fine)

Payment Types Accepted: Payment via your K-BID dashboard via all major credit cards on invoices under $5,000. Cashiers check or Business Account Checks and cash payments are accepted at time of pickup.
Credit Card Amounts: We accept CC's up to $5,000. At our discretion, we may accept credit card payments over $5,000, in this case, there will be a 3.5% surcharge added to the total amount.
Removal: Items are to be removed during the scheduled removal date. Later removals should never be assumed without prior approval. A daily $25 fee will apply to alternative removal times without prior approval. Items paid for and not removed with 2 days after pickup times will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be issued.

Refunds and/or Returns: Once you have picked up your item(s) and they have been removed from the auction site, refunds or returns will NOT be accepted. Amundson Auctions is not responsible for missing or damaged items after they have been removed. Please inspect your items and bring any questions or concerns to the attention of the auction manager before leaving the auction premises. NO refunds will be given for abandoned lots.
Release of Liability: By participating in this auction, you release Amundson Auctions of any liability for damage or injury that may occur on the premises of this auction.
Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
All items indicating shipping available can be shipped anywhere within the continental US.
Shipping costs will be determined the Monday following the auctions close. Shipping fees can be added to your k-bid invoice if you have not paid yet or sent seperately to you email if you have paid your invoice.
