Items are located in 2 separate gyms. Lots 1 through 140 are located at Simmons Middle School. Lots 141 through 272 are located at Holgate Middle School.
All payments will be taken at Simmons Middle School. If invoice is paid online you will still have to come to Simmons Middle School to receive a signed invoice from us before proceeding to Holgate Middle School to pick up your items. No items will be allowed to be removed from Holgate before presenting a signed invoice from S&S Auction.
Loading of auction items is the sole responsibility of the successful bidder, there will be no onsite help for loading of your items, bring all help needed for loading with you!!!
Successful bidders need to click on the Invoices Tab in your K-Bid Dashboard Page at the conclusion of the auction to schedule a time for pickup of your items on Friday June 27th 9:00 AM To 4:00 PM or Saturday June 28th 10:00 AM To 4:00 PM
Successful Bidders must schedule an appointment for pickup!!!
Invoices will not be processed and no lots will be loaded without a scheduled appointment!!!
Please Adhere to the time you schedule for pick up to limit the amount of people we have onsite at one time.
If you are not able to lift and load items that you purchased make sure to bring help with you for pickup. There will not be any assistance for loading of your items, you are responsible to bring adequate help with you for loadout of the items you purchased.

Removal day is not an inspection day.

If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
